Jermone Bass is President of Racine Courts Gentlemen Cares NFP, and a Chicago-based serial entrepreneur, investor, and venture capitalist whose diverse portfolio spans finance, real estate, hospitality, media, transportation, and credit services. As President of Racine Court Gentleman Cares NFP, Bass brings strategic leadership, vision, and a deep commitment to empowering underserved communities. Bass is the founder and owner of multiple enterprises, including Luxe B Studio, Bar19, Fonte Properties, Bass Credit Solutions, Luxe B Media, Luxe B Transport, and Skyway Talent. His nearly decade-long stewardship of Luxe B Studio has cultivated a vital creative and entrepreneurial hub in Bronzeville, hosting community events, workforce development programs, and business initiatives focused on opportunity and growth.

Camille Moore is Director of Operations, and a multidisciplinary creative professional whose work spans visual art, design, event curation, and immersive experience creation. Born and raised in Chicago, her artistic identity is rooted in authenticity, emotional intelligence, and the belief that creativity is a powerful tool for connection. In a city where toughness often .

overshadowed tenderness, she learned to transform sensitivity into strength—laying the foundation for her career as a storyteller and visionary.

Marla Bass is the Executive Chef and Founder of Mothers Melting Pot, a culinary enterprise rooted in heritage, heart, and high-performance hospitality. A proud Chicago native, Marla discovered her calling at just 11 years old when her homemade baked goods became a neighborhood favorite. What began as a simple childhood joy quickly grew into a thriving side business—igniting a lifelong passion for culinary creativity and community-centered cooking.

Marla draws deep inspiration from her grandmother, an intuitive cook whose “shoot from the hip” style left lasting impressions on everyone fortunate enough to share her table.
